Refund policy

This shipping and returns policy covers the processed & shipped, delivery timeframe and returns of your (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) order(s) for Maholi Inc.’s (“MI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) Canadian customers.

This policy is effective as of 23 April 2026.

Shipping Policy

Canada Wide Free Shipping over $100

MI is pleased to offer complimentary domestic Canada standard or ground shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not ship to an international address on our Canadian online store. Please visit our US online store for international customers.

All orders are shipping from our East York, Ontario facility. We recommend you to signup UPS My Choice® for:

  • Track your shipment
  • Real-time delivery alerts
  • Leave driver instructions
  • Online or mobile, UPS will help you put your plans ahead of the package.
Processed & Shipped

Most orders are processed & shipped within 2 – 5 business days. For orders placed before 9 am ET, your orders will be processed & shipped within two business days. If orders are placed after 9 am ET, your orders will instead be processed and shipped within three business days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays begin processed & shipped within the next two business days. For gift wrap orders, please allow your order the processing and shipping time within five business.

Delivery Time Frame

MI ships on a best-effort basis, and while not guaranteed, we estimate an average of 10 – 14 business days from the shipped date to receive appointment outreach from our logistics partner. Please note that these delivery times are based on normal circumstances. For example, holidays and unforeseen courier or postal situations may impact these times. Please allow for additional time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We use UPS

We are proud to ship all orders via UPS. However, we reserve the right to switch to any of our logistics partners at any time. Please note that PO Boxes, Military Addresses (APO/FPO) and rural areas are delivered only by Canada Post Expedited™.

Force Majeure

Due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, UPS Ground and/or Express services will not be available. During checkout, please select the best available service(s).

Customer Delivery Address

Please provide us with your most accurate primary delivery address and phone number(s). We will only use this information to generate shipping label(s). We are not held responsible for the incorrect delivery address provided by you.

Lost Packages/Did Not Receive

MI does not hold responsible or liable on lost/stolen/did not receive packages when the tracking status shows "Delivered". Please contact UPS for investigation as this falls out of our control.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items within 30 calendar days. Each order is eligible for a single free return per order within the timeframe. Customers are allowed one exchange per order. Please contact us (Live Chat, Instagram, Email or Phone) within 30 calendar days to issue you a prepaid return label and meet the following return conditions:

  • Our products are unwashed
  • Our products are unused
  • Original tags and inserts still attached

Returns that meet the above conditions will be accepted; however, a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please place the returned item(s) in the original box and affix the return label to the package and drop it to our logistic partner indicated on the label within seven days of receiving it.

We will inspect your return(s) after receiving it. If we find you did not violate the returns conditions above, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please contact your card issuing bank for more information on receiving returned funds.

If payment was made using a gift card along with another form of payment, the refund will be first applied back onto the gift card. Any remaining credit will be applied to the secondary form of payment.

Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honoured if requested within 30 days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only.

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Please note all collaborations are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Items that do not meet the original condition requirements are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
  • Washed products
  • Used products
  • Items with missing tags or inserts
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition
  • Products with obvious signs of use, including odor/smell (e.g., perfume, detergent, body odor, or other scents)
Non-Compliant Returns

 

If a returned item does not meet the return conditions:
  • The item may be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or
  • The item may be disposed of, depending on the customer’s instruction
No refund will be issued for non-compliant returns.


Important Notes
  • Only one free return label per order will be provided (if applicable).
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
