Which Duvet should I choose?
Start with budget and how "pure" you want the fill: the Down & Feather Duvet is the most accessible entry point, the Down Duvet is Canadian white down with three warmth options, and the Hutterite White Down Duvet is our premium, best-reviewed pick with the highest fill power available.
Does a higher thread count mean a better duvet?
Not on its own. Thread count measures fabric density, not whether the shell holds down in — independent lab testing has found very little reliable link between the two once you get above roughly 230 threads. What matters more is yarn size, weave density, and how tightly the fabric is finished. We choose the count for each duvet based on what its specific down needs to stay contained and breathable.
How do I pick a warmth level?
Go by your bedroom temperature, not the season: Summer weight suits 22°C and above, All Season suits 19–21°C, and Winter weight suits 16–18°C or colder rooms.
Can I machine wash these duvets?
Machine washing isn't recommended for any of the three. Spot-clean small stains, and always sleep with a duvet cover to protect the shell and extend its life.
